easy access tranquil pool dark hallway limited option

The hotel was easily accessible from the terminals. i loved that i didn't need any ground transportation! the pool area was also fantastic. It felt very tranquil.

i found the hallways to be quite dark, especially at night. also, the on-site dining options were limited, even though the airport offered many choices.

The location offered convenient access to Terminal 3.

Check-in was slow. The single staff member seemed overwhelmed with an angry guest and others waiting. The staff member exhibited impatience when providing directions to Jewel, a concerning lapse in service. At breakfast, I observed unclean cutlery (disgusting!) and had to request replacements from staff members who seemed reluctant.

the hotel connects directly to terminal three it has a skytrain to terminals one and two it is right next to the hotel entrance access to jewel mall and the mrt is a short indoor walk i had access to the club lounge

the mini-bar fridge in my room was completely empty i found this odd.

staff members in the club lounge met our needs happily the food and drink options were excellent overall the hotel's communal areas had a feeling of luxury and relaxation.
